My name is Kateřina Opělová, and I have been working in immigration law since 2019. I spent four years at the Ministry of the Interior, handling appeals related primarily to applications for permanent residency in the Czech Republic. This experience has provided me with in-depth knowledge of the Foreigners Act, along with practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of the entire process of obtaining long-term or permanent residence permits.
